Shipping Information
Shipping Destinations
Pakonen Nutraceuticals Inc. currently ships to all 48 contiguous states within the Continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, APO & FPO addresses. Other international destinations, including Canada and Mexico, are on a case-by-case basis at this time, an e-mail will notify you of the final shipping charges.
Pakonen Nutraceuticals Inc. is not responsible for the safety and delivery of international orders shipped via USPS as they can not be tracked. Insurance, and tracking information is offered for international orders sent via UPS. Call us toll-free 1-800-509-8909 for further assistance with your order.
Shipping Methods
We offer UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping to most US shipping destinations. Normal Delivery methods used are via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. If you would like your order shipped using an alternate shipping method, please specify to us your desired shipping method during checkout (you will be given the opportunity write a note to us during checkout). Local customers can use the Customer Pickup option for in-store pickups from our retail business location.
Shipping Policies
If possible, most orders are shipped same day that order is received. This time can vary depending upon the number and time of the day the orders are received. Similarly, shipment of specialty items not stocked in large quantities may also be delayed in times of unusually high demand. No shipping is done on weekends.
Delivery time estimates are for orders that can be processed in normal fashion. Orders requiring special handling may take longer to ship out. Examples of special handling cases include, but are not limited to:
An order with an invalid ship-to address, such as a PO Box address for UPS shipments (UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses).
Selection of an invalid shipping method, such as UPS Ground or 3-Day Select for Hawaii or Alaska.
Billing address not matching the address on file with the credit card issuer for the credit card used to place the order.
Shipment delay due to one or more items on your order being backordered.
Large order value or large quantities of one or more items, especially big ticket items, on an order.
Any other issue requiring us to contact you before further processing your order.
Orders valued at $200 or more are shipped to the billing address. We will contact you if shipping & handling charges need to be adjusted accordingly.
All delivery guarantees are limited to those offered by the carrier(s). Pakonen Nutraceuticals Inc. does not guarantee the arrival date of the packages. UPS does not guarantee the delivery date for residential deliveries regardless of the shipping method used
For UPS deliveries Pakonen Nutraceuticals Inc. will email a shipping confirmation with the tracking number(s) to the email address provided when the order was placed. You can use the tracking number(s) to track your shipment(s) from UPS's web site.
Orders with the Customer Pickup option (Minnesota) are subject to a 7% Sales Tax regardless of the shipping and billing addresses. Your online order confirmations may not reflect the correct sales tax figures. We will manually adjust them if necessary.
Return Policies
Whether you buy from our website or order by phone, you may return any unopened product in good selling condition with accompanying receipt within thirty days of purchase and receive a full refund by mail to the following address: Pakonen Nutraceuticals Inc. 10299 University Ave NE #111, Minneapolis, MN 55434.
